複合加工の枠を超えた工程集約を実現
傾斜軸の旋削加工
ターニングカット
ターニングカットは、ミーリング主軸で旋削加工を可能とするオークマ独自の機能です。工具の刃先が常にミーリング主軸の円運動の中心に向くよう、送り軸の円運動と主軸割出角度を同期制御します。B軸を傾けることで傾斜軸の旋削加工ができます。さらに1本の工具であらゆる径を加工できるので、最大工具径以上の内外径加工が可能です。加工条件の設定は、ターニングカットガイド(特別仕様)で加工部分の直径と真円度を指定すれば最適な回転速度をアドバイスします。
高精度ギヤ加工を複合加工機で実現
ギヤ加工パッケージ(特別仕様)
複雑なプログラム作成が必要だったギヤが、ギヤ加工パッケージにより工具種類、歯車の諸元、加工条件を入力するだけのかんたんプログラミングで高精度に加工できます。プログラム作成時間を手入力と比べて約1/10に削減できます。従来は高価な専用機で加工していたギヤ加工の工程集約を実現します。
