The RoboTrex 52 automation system’s automation trolley has a storage capacity of 30 vises, which are stored vertically, in order to be picked up by the robot. When fully loaded, the maximum workpiece size is 120 x 120 x 100 mm. For the use of higher or wider workpieces, individual vise positions or complete rows can be left free or deselected via the system’s control function. Thanks to its flexibility and mobility, the automation trolley can be pre-equipped off-line regardless of location.
