The mechanical zero point clamping system for the RoboTrex 52 automation system offers an impressively robust design and low-maintenance mechanics. Its lever is opened and clamped mechanically by the robot gripper. Like the Quick•Point® zero point clamping system, it ensures highly accurate positioning of the clamping devices with a repeat accuracy of < 0.005 mm and therefore guarantees maximum precision and consistent milling quality in automated production.
