バリエーション豊富なヘッドを交換することで、あらゆる形状のあらゆる加工を行うことができます。
工具交換(ATC)はもちろん、ヘッドの自動着脱(AAC)で、多くの工程をこなす自動運転が可能になり、生産性は大きく向上します。
高速NC-ATC装置
マガジンの工具は1本の交換アームで、立・横両軸に自動交換されます。またマガジンから次工具待機位置への搬送は本機が加工中に行われ、任意の位置で工具交換がされますので、工具交換時間は最短です。
エクステンションヘッド、90°アンギュラヘッドはもちろん、30°アンギュラヘッド、ユニバーサルインデックスヘッド(BC軸)に対してもATCが可能です。
