實現超出複合加工中心限制的工序集約
傾斜軸的車削加工
車削功能
車削功能是一項利用銑削主軸實現車削加工的OKUMA獨有的功能。為使刀具的刀尖始終面向銑削主軸圓周運動的軸心,對進給軸圓周運動和主軸分度角度進行同步控制。通過傾斜B軸實現傾斜軸的車削加工。此外,使用1把刀具可加工所有直徑,也可實現超出最大刀具直徑的內外徑加工。

齒輪加工程序包 (特殊規格)
過去齒輪加工程序複雜,如今只需使用齒輪加工程序包輸入刀具種類, 齒輪規格, 加工條件等參數,即可實現高精度加工。程序編寫時間與手工錄入相比縮短為1/10。且實現了以往使用高額的專用設備加工齒輪達到的工序集約功能。
