付款方式
When customers purchase a product from Tinh Ha Trading & Service Co., Ltd, please make payment by one of the following methods:
- Pay by cash (at Tinh Ha office, at the delivery address or at your company’s office). There will be a receipt with our company stamp and signatures of both payer and receiver.
- Pay by bank transfer.
In case customers would like to pay by bank transfer, please notify TINH HA (by phone, email, sms, fax) when you have made the payment. TINH HA will confirm immediately after receiving the notice and money from our bank.
TINH HA is not responsible for any incorrect transfer information that customers made or any problem in the transfer process. Customers need to work with the Bank to resolve related issues. TINH HA only confirms that we receive the payment from customers when the money has been transferred to our company’s account. If necessary, Tinh Ha will support customers to check transactions with Tinh Ha’s banks.
Depending on the transaction, the value of the order, the type of product … TINH HA will require you to pay 100% in advance, pay a part of the total amount of your order in advance or pay after delivery.
