抑制主軸伸長,提高工具壽命
- 機床主軸高速旋轉時的發熱會導致機床主軸伸長,Z軸位移。
- 這種位移會導致高精度模具尺寸不合格以及微細刀具折斷。
- 氣動主軸通過空氣同時進行驅動和冷卻,因此不會發熱,也幾乎不會發生Z軸位移。
優異的動態跳動精度
小徑加工出現的問題大多都是旋轉精度差導致的。BIG建立了高速旋轉主軸的動態可視化的跳動精度檢測系統,對所有產品進行動態精度檢查。
